Brighton-Best International hired John Medcalf as product manager for military specification hardware.

Medcalf joins BBI from Agrati Group after working 12 years for Field Fastener and six years for Peak Innovations Engineering.

He earned a Master’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Founded in 1925, Long Beach, CA-based BBI has grown from a regional fastener supplier into a global enterprise operating in 31 locations across six countries and supplying more than 7,000 distributors worldwide. The company distributes fasteners, anchoring systems, construction products, safety supplies, and professional-grade tools.
