B&D Cold Headed Products hired Todd McRoberts as VP of Business Development.

McRoberts is a 37-year fastener industry veteran, beginning his career in 1987 as a sales rep for Ramco Specialties. He became national sales manager for Infasco in 1996, followed by 21 years as sales VP at Stelfast starting in 1998. In 2019, he became director of North and South American fastener sales for Korea Parts and Fasteners (KPF), followed by a three-year term as sales VP for the Auto Bolt Company.

Founded in 1969 by Albert Doyle, B&D Thread Rolling, dba B&D Cold Headed Products, manufactures high strength cold-formed bolts, studs, pins and other metal fasteners.
