Women in The Fastener Industry (WIFI) honored two fastener veterans with annual awards.

WIFI named Darlene Collis of LindFast Solutions Group as its 2025 Woman of the Year.

“Her dedication to quality, leadership, and the advancement of women in manufacturing embodies everything this award represents,” WIFI stated.

Collis currently serves as Quality VP at LindFast. Prior experience includes working as Quality Manager at Solution Industries LLC and Director of New Business Development for Curtis Metal Finishing Co. She earned a BS in Marketing Education from Bowling Green State University.

In addition, WIFI awarded Ruth Dowling Coffman of AIS-All Integrated Solutions its 2025 WIFI Women in Business Award. WIFI highlighted Coffman’s “dedication to mentorship, continuous growth, and fostering a collaborative environment.”

Coffman serves as Director of Sourcing for AIS, an MSC company. During her career she has served as President of Ningbo Jinding Fastening Piece USA, VP of Materials for Heads and Threads International, and managerial positions at Fastenal Co. She began her career as a high school English teacher. Coffman earned a BS in English and Education from Martin Luther College.

Founded in 2009, WIFI works to unite, educate, mentor and encourage women in the fastener industry.
