Triangle Fastener Corporation (TFC) acquired DB Building Fasteners (DB) for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1997, Ontario, CA-based DB supplies fasteners and related products for the metal building and metal components construction industry. With approximately 25 employees across two locations, DB generated $11.5 million in sales in 2024.

TFC said the deal expands its presence in the western U.S. while enhancing its proprietary TFC-branded product portfolio.

Alongside the acquisition of Pro Fastening Systems in November 2024, the TFC footprint totals 32 U.S. locations, three distribution centers and nine paint facilities dedicated to finishing fasteners.

Founded in 1977, Kent, WA-based TFC supplies the commercial construction industry with standard and specialty fasteners, tools, sealants, and accessories.
