Threadline Products has acquired the former Atlantic Fastener/Würth facility in Greensboro, NC, expanding the company’s production and distribution capabilities. Threadline assumed this facility’s production capacity and operations in late December.

“With Würth exiting the manufacturing space, this acquisition includes all assets from the facility—materials, production equipment, and a highly skilled workforce,” the company stated.

“The addition of roll threading capabilities and an expanded geographic footprint positions Threadline to meet customer needs more adeptly than ever before,” said Josh Miller, VP/COO of Threadline.

Threadline now operates manufacturing and distribution out of both its Charlotte and the newly acquired Greensboro facilities. The company is reopening the will-call counter in Greensboro, which also enhances delivery and support to customers in Eastern North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.

Founded in 1984, Threadline supplies fasteners and other products to construction distributors, steel fabricators and DOT. The company offers domestic cut threaded rods from ¼” to 6”, as well as anchor bolts, double end rods, u bolts, threaded rod, and threaded rebar.
