AFC Industries subsidiary TFC Europe acquired Verucon Fasteners and Logistics GmbH.

Founded in 2010, Gotha, Germany-based Verucon supplies fasteners and services to several manufacturing sectors throughout Germany and other markets worldwide. Wolfgang Prill is managing director.

Verucon’s specialist CNC machining capabilities will extend TFC’s capacity in Europe as a supplier of VMI services for C-parts with various high precision product solutions, such as Smalley Wave Springs and an extensive portfolio of seals and o-rings.

“The manufacturing and supply management capabilities of Verucon are a great fit for TFC and add to our already extensive offering to manufacturers throughout Europe,” stated TFC Europe President Morgan Burgoyne.

TFC Europe supplies fasteners and other C-Parts to OEMs, with locations throughout the UK, Germany and Czech Republic.
