Women in the Fastener Industry (WIFI) named Jennifer Sturm, COO of Empire Bolt & Screw Inc. as its Woman in Business for 2025.

The award recognizes a woman in the fastener industry “defined as a champion and advocate who contributes and supports her own organization and community by sharing knowledge, ideas, insights, and strength. They are women who are dedicated to empowering more women to achieve full potential in all aspects of life.

Holly McDaniel of WCL and Dan Duffield of Wyandotte Industries were also recognized for their leadership.

Founded in 2009, WIFI works to unite, educate, mentor and encourage women in the fastener industry.
