Simpson Strong-Tie is opening a second headquarters office in Plano, TX, to support future growth, the Dallas Business Journal reports. The lease is in one of the tallest multi-tenant office towers in the city.

The decision was driven by the region’s strong labor market and proximity to Simpson’s manufacturing facility in nearby McKinney.

Founded in 1956, Pleasanton, CA-based Simpson Mfg. manufactures structural connectors, anchors and products for construction and retrofitting.
