On April 3rd, Rolled Threads Unlimited celebrated 40 years of providing precision thread rolling services.
Rolled Threads was founded in 1985 by Gerald “Jerry” Buscher, who started with two thread rolling machines in a modest rented space. Two years later the company expanded to its current location in Waukesha, WI. In 2002, FW Ladky & Associates acquired Rolled Threads. Buscher died in 2024.
After recently purchasing 5,000 sq ft of manufacturing space on its existing property, Rolled Threads filled the space with the latest thread rolling technology, including Videx and Tesker thread rollers, and a IFP KPHMA Parts Washer.
“Throughout the years, dedicated team members have been at the heart of the company’s success,” Rolled Threads stated. “In a unique family environment, many employees boast long tenures, bringing proficient skills and vast knowledge to their valued work.”
In coming years, Rolled Threads plans further investments in cutting-edge technology and an ever-diversifying product line.
