Optimas Solutions incorporated a new entity, Optimas OE Technologies Pte, Ltd, in Singapore. The company said the expansion will “enhance supply chain efficiency and help mitigate geopolitical risks within the region.”

Wood Dale, IL-based Optimas provides fasteners and c-class components and services to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive, agricultural, and medical equipment markets. The company operates locations in 19 U.S. states plus Mexico, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
