Optimas Solutions hired fastener industry veteran John Dick as VP of Commercial Development.

In this newly created senior leadership role, Dick will help drive Optimas’ international growth agenda, including strengthening supplier partnerships, enhancing our product-led strategy, and supporting customer-focused expansion across the UK, Europe, APAC businesses operations.

He has over 24 years of global experience in procurement, commercial leadership, and operational strategy across the fastener, industrial supply, and manufacturing sectors. Previous experience includes positions with Trifast and Anixter.

Wood Dale, IL-based Optimas provides fasteners and c-class components and services to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive, agricultural, and medical equipment markets. The company operates locations in 19 U.S. states plus Mexico, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
