Hayward Bolt & Specialty Co. was acquired by OneMonroe for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1976, Chattanooga, TN-based Hayward Bolt was a second-generation, woman-owned distributor of standard and metric fasteners. In 2008, Patsy Hayward took over ownership.

Longtime GM Ruthann Shelby will continue to manage the distributorship.
