Omni-Lite Industries Canada reported revenue, including aerospace fasteners, increased 28% to a record $15.9 million in 2024.

Adjusted EBITDA nearly quadrupled to $1.6 million, primarily due to higher revenue and better utilization of labor. Net income totaled $615,000. Capital expenditures dropped 78% to $112,000.

“2024 was impacted by the ramping up of production quantities of components on two important missile programs, several new Inconel fastener component designs, and new U.S. customers for engine castings,” stated CEO David Robbins.

Bookings in the first quarter of 2025 rose to $5 million, driven by new fastener components qualified in early 2024 and electronic modernization efforts on high profile U.S. DoD missile defense programs.
