National Aerospace Fasteners (NAFCO), led by president Alvin Lin, signed a five-year cooperation contract with Germany-based MTU Aero Engines during the 2025 Paris Air Show.

The agreement expands collaboration to precision machining at NAFCO’s factory in Taoyuan, China.

The agreement comes three months after NAFCO unveiled its $40 million advanced manufacturing facility in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The 5.8-acre facility features 38,000 sq ft of manufacturing space will serve Malaysia’s local aerospace industry.

NAFCO plans to build a second facility spanning 204,500 sq ft by 2027.

Founded in 1997, NAFCO is based in Taiwan and  Shanghai, China, where it manufactures fasteners for the aerospace, electronic and high-end industrial sectors.
