My Nafco Precision Sdn Bhd unveiled its US$40 million advanced manufacturing facility in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

The 5.8-acre facility features 38,000 sq ft of manufacturing space, serving as a catalyst for job creation, technology transfer and the development of Malaysia’s local aerospace ecosystem.

Present at the opening ceremony, said the establishment of this facility represents a transformative moment for Malaysia’s aerospace industry.

“This investment aligns perfectly with our New Industrial Master Plan 2030 and the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Blueprint 2030, positioning Malaysia as a premier destination for high-technology manufacturing,” stated Malaysian Investment Development Authority Chief Executive Officer Datuk Sikh Shamsul Ibrahim Sikh Abdul Majid.

NAFCO Group President Alvin Lin said the launch signifies the beginning of a new era of smart manufacturing for NAFCO in Malaysia.

“This facility will serve as a foundation for our vision of sustainable and intelligent manufacturing, representing our commitment to fulfilling customer needs and our determination to contribute to the development of Malaysia’s aerospace technology ecosystem,” Lin stated.

NAFCO plans to build a second facility spanning 204,500 sq ft by 2027.

Founded in 1997, NAFCO is based in Taiwan and  Shanghai, China, where it manufactures fastener products for the aerospace, electronic and high-end industrial sectors.
