TIPCO Technologies has signed a “strategic partnership” with Texas fastener supplier MTS Threaded Products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1984, MTS distributes industrial fasteners from its 54,000 sq ft facility in Corpus Christi, TX.

TIPCO officials said the deal would complement its other operations on the Gulf Coast, including fellow Corpus Christi location Hose of South Texas and a recently upgraded ISO 9001 certified facility in Houston.

The addition of MTS would also establish a “one-stop shop” for fasteners, hoses and gaskets for the region’s refineries, TIPCO officials stated.

Founded in Baltimore in 1888, TIPCO Technologies supplies hoses and gaskets for industrial, hydraulic and high-purity applications through 45 locations across 16 states.
