San Diego fastener distributor Mesa Fastener Inc. was acquired by investment firm Raymond Capital Management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1977 to distribute tapping screws for mobile home awnings, Mesa Fastener distributes commercial threaded fasteners, including blind rivets, bolts, nuts, anchors, washers and other specialty items.

St. Louis-based Raymond Capital Management includes distribution and inventory management, as well as custom manufacturing and analytics capabilities.
