Fastening Products of Lancaster will relocate to Lubker’s facility located in West Chester, PA.

Fastening Products of Lancaster was originally named Welk Industrial Products Company. Welk changed the name in 1974 to better identify the company with the primary products being sold. In 1985 Welk’s son Curt Welk joined the business, and within a year took over operational leadership. After his death in 2018, his widow Mary Welk has continued running the business with the help of her son, Adam Welk, who has day-to-day managerial responsibilities.
West Chester-based Lubker Distribution distributes fasteners, assemblies, and related Class-C components to OEMs. The company operates primarily through a Vendor managed Inventory model, managing C-part categories for its customers across diverse industrial end-use markets.
