LindFast Solutions Group, a Nautic Partners LLC portfolio company, appointed Mike Spencer as CEO, effective immediately. He replaces Bill Niketas, who was appointed in 2019.

“We are excited to have Mike serve as CEO,” said Chris Pierce, Managing Director at Nautic Partners. “Mike has driven excellent growth initiatives as LSG’s Vice President of Sales and we are confident that he will accelerate growth as CEO.”

Previously Spencer served as LSG’s VP of Sales. Before LSG, he held key senior leadership positions at Anixter, Inc. and later WESCO.

Founded in 1983, Blaine, MN-based LSG is a master distributor of specialty fasteners and sells exclusively to distributors. The company has branches in Illinois, South Carolina, Texas, New York and Toronto.
