Illinois-based Kinter marked its 45th anniversary in the niche fastener market.

The anniversary comes on the heels of a completed warehouse expansion to 300,000 sq ft in Waukegan, IL, and significant investments in technology designed to enhance operational efficiency.

Kinter began in 1980 when founders John and Barbara White started selling standard nuts and bolts out of their garage in Royal Oak, MI. Kinter. Today the company is a full-line fastener distributor, stocking over 30,000 different standard and specialty fasteners.

“For 45 years, Kinter has thrived because we’ve stayed true to our core values—treating our customers and each other like family,” said president Paul White. “Our growth isn’t just measured in square footage or product lines, but in the lasting partnerships we’ve built and the passion our team brings to every solution we create.”

Kinter will commemorate its anniversary with internal celebrations in June while also engaging customers at trade shows throughout the year.
