ITW reported Automotive OEM segment sales, including fasteners, grew 3.8 % to $845 million in the second quarter of 2025. That result included organic growth of 2.4%. Segment operating income totaled $180 million, while operating margin increased 190 basis points to 21.3%.
Construction Products sales, including fasteners, fell 6.1% to $473 million. Operating income totaled $145, while operating margin increased 10 basis points to 30.8%.
Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 1% to $4.1 billion, while operating margin expanded 10 basis points to 26.3%.
Automotive OEM sales during the first half of 2025 inched up 0.1% to $1.63 billion. Operating income totaled $331 million, while operating margin improved 70 basis points to 20.3 %.
Six-month Construction Products sales dropped 7.6% to $916 million. Operating income totaled $275 million, while operating margin increased 60 basis points to 30%.
