Haggard & Stocking agreed to acquire Indianapolis distributor MRO Supply LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Distributor Haggard & Stocking is already operating MRO Supply, which specializes in MRO products and fasteners.

MROsupply.com is the e-commerce extension of Mechanical Drives and Belting, established in 1898 in Los Angeles.

“MRO Supply has built a strong reputation by taking care of customers and delivering quality products,” Haggard & Stocking CEO Herb Haggard stated. “We are excited to preserve what they do best while adding resources that will help customers even more.”

Indianapolis-based Haggard & Stocking distributes tooling, material handling, fasteners, MRO and safety products, with additional Indiana locations in Fort Wayne and Evansville, along with sites in Greensboro, NC, and Waco, TX.
