GradeEight Supply has acquired Bolt & Screw Supply. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Springdale, AR-based Bolt & Screw Supply will continue to operate independently under its existing name, maintaining its current leadership team, employees, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.

Our intent is to keep their operation intact while supporting future growth.”
The acquisition expands GradeEight’s brick-and-mortar and distribution presence in the Midwest.

Founded in 1989, Bolt & Screw Supply distributes fasteners and related industrial products.
