The Fastener Industry Coalition (FIC) launched its new domain and redesigned website at THEFIC.org, “reflecting a modernized look and expanded functionality for members and the industry at large.”

“The site has been updated to reflect modernization and includes several new features designed to make it easier for users to connect and stay informed,” stated FIC Chair Bob Baer.

The updated site now provides direct access to every FIC member association’s events calendar — offering a single location for fastener industry news and happenings. Visitors will also find links to current Board Members’ LinkedIn profiles, and information about the FIC Social Media Impact Award, including an online nomination form.

“We’ll continue to enhance the site to drive traffic and provide added value to our members and the broader fastener community,” added Baer.

The FIC Board of Directors is responsible for reviewing nominations for the International Fastener Expo's Fastener Hall of Fame and Young Fastener Professional of the Year awards each year and for recommending award winners.
