Ferry Cap & Set Screw Company was acquired by Quantum Industrial Holdings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Founded in 1906, Cleveland-based Ferry Cap manufactures custom bolts, studs, screws, and other precision fasteners.

Quantum Industrial Holdings is a Bingham Farms, MI-based investment firm focused on acquiring and building North American manufacturing businesses.
