Fastener Solutions, Inc. acquired RJ Fasteners for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1990, Hatfield, PA-based RJ Fasteners distributes fasteners throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

As part of the integration, the Hatfield facility will undergo a full modernization, including upgraded technology, streamlined processes, and increased inventory.

Over the coming months, the expanded product line—including a wider range of fasteners, abrasives, cutting tools, and related industrial supplies—will be made available through the Hatfield location.
