Click Bond hired Melody Lewis as VP of people and culture.

Lewis brings more than 15 years of experience driving culture and workforce planning to the role. Most recently she served as Chief People Officer with electronic manufacturing services provider VSE. 

The Reno native earned a master's degree in organizational leadership and business administration, as well as a BS in human resources management.

Founded in 1987, Carson City, NV-based Click Bond develops and manufactures fastening hardware and adhesive bonding processes for aerospace, surface transportation, maritime, and offshore energy markets.
