Fastener testing laboratory Carver Labs now holds an ISO 17035 Testing Laboratory Accreditation through ANAB, owner/founder Carmen Vertullo announced.

Vertullo’s previous test lab was accredited through A2LA, but he determined the ANAB accreditation is  superior. He found ANAB to be much more thorough, but also much more interested and helpful.

“Their resources are superior to A2LA’s and their pre-assessment guidance was invaluable,” Vertullo stated.

While Vertullo was involved in the process, he credits Carver Labs Lab Manager Rich Wiley and Office Manager Cassandra Fanfan, both of whom managed the project and were the main interface to the ANAB team.

Vertullo, a member of the IFE Fastener Hall of Fame, owns San Diego-based Carver Labs with his wife, Lois.
