Allied Bolt Products president Glen Malin is retiring.

“I am confident that Allied Bolt under PGC will continue to grow and thrive under new leadership. I look forward to watching the company reach new heights,” he stated.

Malin started at Allied Bolt, the company his father founded, in 1987. He has been president since 2002.

Allied Bolt was acquired by Power Grid Components, Inc. a Blackstone portfolio company, in 2024.

Allied Bolt is a global supplier of hardware and components for the telecommunication and power utility industries. Headquartered in Lake Success, NY, Allied Bolt maintains inventory in North Carolina, Florida, and California.
